Inspired by My Daughter-in-Law

...though she doesn't know it. Yet. I'm not sure what made me go back and read my daughter-in-law's blog, but reading it felt different today than it did the first time I saw it, nearly 9 years ago. Since early December, 2016, we've added three in-laws and five grandchildren to the family as I've have lost and gained hundred of pounds, written far less than I've wanted to, and worried far more than I should. I know myself no better and feel more distanced from myself while putting out more love than has been appreciated. I've loved harder and been given love in return, less.
